The Usage Tracking & Billing System empowers you to:
- Monitor rows processed and sync counts in real time
- Receive automated alerts before you hit your limits
- Review detailed usage history
- Manage subscription tiers and view billing all from a single dashboard

🖥 Usage Dashboard
Navigate to Account > Usage to see:
1. Current Plan
Your active subscription tier, monthly cost, and included quotas.
Click Upgrade Plan anytime to compare tiers and increase your limits.
2. Data Volume (Rows)
Total rows processed across all your syncs this month—visualized with a progress bar.
- Green: < 60 %
- Yellow: 60 – 80 %
- Red: > 80 %
- Exact values display above the bar.
3. Sync Operations
Number of sync jobs executed this month (manual + scheduled).
Allowed this month: 5
4. Active Syncs
Number of live pipelines you can run in parallel:

🔔 Automated Alerts
Configure thresholds under Account > Settings > Alerts:

| Quota Alert | 80% rows used | Warns when row usage nears your monthly limit |
| Sync Alert | 80% syncs used | Warns when you’re approaching your monthly sync quota |
| Cost Alert | Custom | Alerts for billing events (overages, payment issues, etc.) |
Tip: You can customize each threshold and delivery channel (email, webhook) in the Alerts settings panel.
